STORIES — A Homework Revolution
Tony, Science, USA: Towards the end of the semester, the workload was piling up, and my students were starting to feel overwhelmed. One day, they staged a "homework rebellion" by collectively refusing to do their assignments. They brought protest signs, chanted slogans, and demanded a "homework-free" day. It was a lighthearted way for them to express their frustrations and blow off some steam. After a good laugh, we discussed their concerns, and we found a compromise that lightened the workload without sacrificing learning.
