STORIES — It's a Numbers Game
James, Maths, UK: I recall one student who initially struggled with the subject matter and often felt overwhelmed by the demands of her studies. Despite initially doing worse in a few of her mock exams, with time passing, and the same amount of practice done by her, her grade improved.
On her final day as my tutee, she approached me with a beaming smile and tears of joy in her eyes. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude for believing in her when she struggled to believe in herself.
