Matt, English, UK: I was a tutor for some primary school students who were learning English as a second language. One boy was particularly shy and struggled to speak in front of the group. But as we continued to work together, he started opening up more and more. One day, he stood up in front of the class and gave a presentation about his favourite animal - a jaguar.
